About Us
Our story began in 2005, when Ben (Legal Recruitment Consultant) and Spencer (Web Developer) met up for a gig in the quirky city of Brighton & Hove.
Having carved out successful careers in our chosen professions, we decided to create a unique job site for an industry that desperately needed its own space.
The Law Board is the culmination of our ideas and our hope is that it enables companies in this space to filter out the noise of busier job-boards and focus in on a pool of unique candidates who have come to this website as experienced legal professionals with industry experience.
The year is 2017 and this is our mountain.
Ben
Ben has worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the Legal Sector for the last 5 years, bringing to the table a mixture of industry passion, innovation and ideas that formed the foundation of The Law Board.
He has worked with the biggest Law Firms in the world, and has placed people in roles across the globe, from London to Hong Kong.
He currently lives in Sussex with his girlfriend and his dog Tifa (see below).
Spen
Spencer combines the rarest of qualities in the online world; to be a great designer and developer.
He brings innovative thinking, passion for great design and desire for perfectionism to each and every client.
Spencer has 15 years’ experience in not just designing web sites, but also building them, we are delighted to have him as an integral part of The Law Board team.
TIFA
Tifa has absolutely no recruitment experience and has never attempted to design or code a website.
What she lacks in skill she more than makes up for in enthusiasm and woofs and The Law Board team would definitely not be the same without her.
Tifa is our company mascot and she reminds us every day to live for the moment, never hold grudges and always to be loyal.
